This swinging bookcase door leads into the customer's drum room. It has been constructed with a layer of mass loaded vinyl and insulation internally to continue the soundproofing that's in it's shared wall. It swings on a one piece plasma cut steel support with 3 weld on gate hinges. Hidden electronics secure the door when closed.
